Chinese New Gathering
On Thursday 14th February 2008, members of MCCC and their friends and supporters gathered at Meng Fang Restaurant in Kuala Belait, Brunei for a Chinese New Year Get-Together as well as to welcome Fr Ivan who had just returned from the United Kingdom to spend Chinese New Year with his family and friends.
It was also an opportunity to welcome Anna Ling who had also returned from her mission in China.
As an impromptu gesture from one of the members, the hat was passed around for a special collection for Anna and her work in China.
